摘要
本文研究了碳纤维增强PEEK/PES-C混杂基复合材料的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明该复合材料的基体具有正的混杂效应;材料的摩擦磨损性能可反映出基体与纤维的粘结特性。同时,复合材料的摩擦系数μ及磨损率W随纤维含量的增加出现最低值,并强烈地依赖于外加载荷。文中对复合材料的上述特性作了分析。
The friction and wear properties of carbon-fiberreinforcedPolyetheretherketone (PEEK) /Polyarylethersulfone with cardo group(PES-C) sliding against steel without lubrication was studied. Positivehybride effect for the PEEK/PES-C matrix and interfacial effect of fiberwith matrix was found in the composites. With increasing fiber content,both the friction and wear coefficent exhibited a minimum for fiber con-tent in the range of 10-20wt. %, The friction and wear were also showedto be dependent on load.
