摘要 根据Wilkins提出的"蛋白质组"(proteome)的经典概念[1],幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,简称Hp)的蛋白质组是指某株Hp菌株的基因组所表达的全部相应的蛋白质及其活动方式.幽门螺杆菌蛋白质组是一个动态的概念.它不仅在同一种属的不同菌株间不同;在同一菌株的不同培养温度、不同培养时间、不同的pH等不同外界环境下也是不同的.
