在新形势下,江泽民提出了把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务、既要“引进来”又要“走出去”、信息化带动工业化和新的“三步走”等一系列发展战略思想,进一步丰富和发展了邓小平的发展观。
Under the changed situation,Jiang Ze-ming put forth a series of strategic development the-ories,such as sustainable development is of the first importance in governance and prospect of a country,combination of'Attraction-of-foreign-capital'and'Investment-overseas',industrialization with infor-mationalization,and the'New-Three-Step'strategy,which have enriched and developed DENG Xiao-ping's thought on development .
