要解决当前云南经济活动中的各种矛盾和问题,就必须尽快改革投融资体制。而其关键在于加快财政体制改革步伐,全面推进政府建设性资金的资本化运作。
To change the system of investment and financing is the need for solving all kinds of present contradictions in economic activities of our province.It's a key to push the innovative steps of financial system rapidly to put government constructive money into capital process to run fully.
