It is very necessary to increase the level of peasantry organization in China,because of the lower level of Chinese peasants' organization compared with comparative international difference,dealing with transformation of rural economic strategy and competition of market,protecting peasants' benefit,accelerating agricultural decision-making scientifically and in validity,creating better international situation to agricultural development ,etc.
