楚雄州已达到“总体小康”,但要实现“总体小康”向“全面小康”的跨越,任务十分艰巨,必须针对州情,采取系统对策和措施,才能实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标。

generally speaking,Cuxiong has been into a basic well-off society,but to realize a full well-off society,the task is still hard.So we must take systematic decisions and countermeasures,according to the Region's situations,to reach the great aim to build fully a well-off society.
