摘要
本文对两种国产高强Ⅱ型碳纤维(JL和LY)增强的聚醚砜(PES)复合材料的静态力学性能,包括拉伸、压缩、弯曲和剪切等,进行了研究和评价;对其断裂形貌特征进行了分析。结果表明,JL/PES和LY/PES复合材料具有良好的力学性能,其主要性能指标与环氧基复合材料相当。断口形貌表明,纤维与基体粘接不良,有断裂伴随着严重的纤维拔出或脱粘;对纤维进行表面处理后,其复合材料性能有明显改善。
The mechanical properties, including tension, compession,flexure and shear, of two types of Chinese-made modelⅡ carbon fiber(JL and LY) reinforced polyethersulphone (PES) have been studied andevaluated, and the failure modes have been analysed. The results show thatJL/PES and LY/PES have considerable mechanical properties up to 180℃and the levels of all the properties reach or surpass that of the epoxy com-posites. The fractural morphologies prove that the adhesion between the fi-ber and matrix is poor, which results in the fracture concerned occuringat the interface. After treating the fibers, the performance of the compositesare obviously enhanced.
