摘要 本文以Darcy定律为基础,以复合材料固化过程中的树脂流动为条件,推导和建立了树脂流动模型。该模型形式简单,易于应用于实际。推导结果表明:树脂流动仅同三个因素有关,即树脂粘度,加压压力和时间。特别是树脂流动质量与时间有简单的平方根关系。另外,树脂粘度是影响流动的唯一物质参数,也是影响流动的最重要的因素。模型可用来讨算树脂流动速度和质量。同粘度关系式联系起来,用以选择加压时间和加压大小。有关实验证实,模型是正确的。 According to the Darcy's law, this paper presents the resinflowing model of composites during curing process. The model shows theamount of flowing resin (the rich resin)is related to the viscosity of resin,the applied pressure and the flowing time,and is in direct ratio to the squareroot of flowing time. The viscosity of resin is the most important parame-ter and is only determined by material character. The model can calculatethe velocity and amount of flowing resin. Associated with viscosity Eqs.,the model can be used to choose the applied pressure and time. The resultsof test proved that the model is correct.
