On technological value,Karl Marx is not the representative of Technological Neutrality as some traditional Marxists considered.In the eyes of Marx,technology is the unity of neutrality and non-neutrality:being the tool and means,it produces profound social value,exerting actual influence on the construction of society and culture as well as man's growth and development.
