SiMnMoV钢板材强度σ_b与其表面硬度HRC的关系

摘要 本文研究了容器用SiMnMoV钢表面脱碳板材(淬火+300℃回火)强度σ_b与其表面硬度HRC的关系。研究结果表明:该钢表面脱碳曲线为直线,其斜率ρ=70。在表面脱碳与无脱碳板材的强度之间,发现了一个强度分界值σ_0;σ_0值随板厚α减小而下降;α一定时,σ_0为定值,不受含碳量影响。σ_b与HRC的关系符合σ_j=σ_0[1-(a+b)(48-HRC)/35ab]。σ_0值和σ_j式,为容器壁厚与强度匹配优化设计的强度选择,为低温回火用中碳低合金超高强度钢容器表面脱碳热处理,提供了科学的依据。 In this paper, the relation between the strength σ_b and surfa-cehardness HRC of case steel SiMnMoV(and 30CrMnSiA)surface decarboni-zing plate (quench+300℃temper) was studied. Research results show thatsurfacedecarbonizing curve is a straiglit line, its inclined rate is ρ=70.There is a boundary strength σ_o between the surface decarbonizing plate σ_band nodecarbonizing plate σ_b; σ_o will decrease when plate thickness isreduced; when plate thickness is a fixed value,σ_o is a fixed value, not beeffected by the carbon content. Relation between σ_b and HRC accords withσ_j=σ_o[1-(a+b)(48-HRC)/35ab]. σ_o value and σ_j equation providescientific basis for thickness-strength mate design of case, and surfacedecarbonizing heat treatment of middle carbon low alloy ultra-high strengthsteel case for low temperature temper.
