This paper bases on the information from the marking process of CUMCM - 2003 Problem B: Truck Planning for an Opencast Iron Mine, to discuss some critical issues in the checkup process of CUMCM - 2003 Problem B and to give a basic solution model for the problem. At the same time, we present the background of the problem and many other solution methods.
