摘要
胸双极立体心电图采用正交系基础上的 13导联球体构型导联系统 ,是仅次于正交系的最简单的全方位空间框架结构 ,操作简便。胸双极立体心电图旨在弥补常规心电图的空间缺陷 ,能有效的探察右室、后壁、高侧壁、下侧壁和小范围的心肌缺血。分别用常规心电图仪和自行研制的胸双极立体心电图分析系统描记常规心电图 (ECG)和立体心电图 (BC -SECG)对 32例心肌缺血患者进行检测。结果显示 。
Bipolar chest stereoelectrocardiography, which has a global structure with 13 leads based on orthogonal system, is the simplest frame structure of all round space next to orthogonal system. It is easy and simple to operate. BC-SECG aims to make up the defect of conventional ECG, it is efficiency to detect myocardial ischemia of right ventricle, posterior wall, high lateral wall, low lateral wall and small-sized area. 32 patients with myocardial ischemia received conventional ECG and BC-SECG examination. The results show that BC-SECG can locate the ischemia area more detailedly than the conventional ECG.
