摘要
合成了二安替比林-邻-氯苯基甲烷(DACPM),红外光谱和元素分析数据证明为目的产物,用此试剂建立了测定钒(Ⅴ)的新光度法。在H_3PO_4介质中,有吐温-20和Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,V(Ⅴ)与DACPM形成黄色产物,其λ_(max)在480nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=4.14×10~5 Lmol^(-1)cm^(-1).钒量在0~2.5μg/25ml符合比尔定律。方法具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,用于钢铁和炉渣中微量钒的测定,结果满意。
Diantipyryl-o-chlorphenylmethane (DACPM) was synthesized and its identity was confirmed by infrared spectrometry and elemetal analysis. The new method with this reagents was studied for determination of trace vanadium ( V ) by spectrophotometry. In the presence of Tween-20 and managanese ( II ), V ( V ) read with DACPM to form a yellow product in phosphoric acid medium. Maximum absorbance of the product is at 480 nm with molar absorplivily 4. l × 105 mor-1cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the range O-2.5μg V (V ) / 25 ml. The method is highly sensitive and good selective. Some steels and slags have been analysised by this method with satisfactory results.
