粉状活性炭再生工艺研究

Study on Regenaration Technological Conditions of Waste Powder Activated Carbon

采用回转炉加热再生法 ,对粉状炭进行了再生实验 ,确定了再生工艺条件 :再生温度 85 0°C ,再生时间6 0min ,水蒸汽用量占原料量 30 % ,使废炭吸附能力恢复 10 0 % ,得率 70 %以上。

In this paper a thermal method has been used for regeneration of waste powder activated carbon for decoration of gourmet powder with rotating furnace.The optimal technological conditions were determined to be:regeneration temperature 850°C,regeneration time 60 min, the amount of steam 30%. Under the optimal conditions the absorption property of regenerated powder activated carbon was recovered to 100%, the yield of regenerated activated carbon exceeded 70%.
