温州市垟湿地的利用与保护初探

Exploration of Protection and Utilization of Sanyang Wetland

三湿地作为温州的“城市之肾” ,具有净化水质、涵养水源、改善气候、美化环境等功效。由于人类的过度利用和保护不到位 ,三湿地水污染严重 ,湿地生态系统发生改变 ,生态功能日趋衰退 ,湿地面临减少威胁。因此 ,提出了科学控制污染、建立湿地生态园、发展替代产业、加强管理和宣传、开展科学研究等适于三湿地保护和可持续利用的措施。

As “urban kidney' of Wenzhou, Sanyang wetland has many efficacies of purifying water quality, self-restraining water source, improving climate, beautifying environment, et al. Due to excessive utilization and unreasonable protection, water has been polluted severely, ecosystem has been changed, ecological function has been decayed gradually in the Sanyang wetland. And wetland area is being threatened to decrease. So the measures which adapts to protect and utilize sustainably Sanyang wetland, such as controlling effectively over pollution, setting up wetland ecological park, developing substitute industries, enhancing management and propaganda, and expanding scientific research, are putted forward.
