摘要
想象训练是一种心理训练方法。在跨栏跑教学中运用想象训练 ,主要是让学生在学练跨栏跑基本技术的过程中 ,对技术动作进行自我想象 ,浮想每个动作过程 ,使身体运动与大脑思维有机结合 ,达到强化“栏感” ,建立正确的攻栏意识 ,更有效地完善跨栏动作技术之目的。教学实验结果表明 :实验组跨栏技术的掌握情况比对照组好。通过对两组学生跨栏跑技术评定考核 ,实验组成绩优于对照组 ,实验组技评成绩优良的人数高达 86 .5 % ;对达标成绩进行T检验 ,两组考核结果具有显著性差异。教学效果较显著。
Imagination training is a kind of psychological training.The purpose of using it in hurdle race teaching in institutions of higher learning is mainly to make every movement appear before the students'eyes when they are self-imagining in learning the basic skills of hurdle race,and to combine their body movements and their thought so as to intensify “the sense of hurdles”,build up right sense of attacking the hurdles and perfect their skills effect tively.It was indicated that the students in the experimental class did better in mastering hurdle race skills than those in the control class. By way of judge ment between the two classes,it was found that the marks of the students in the experimental class were better than those in the control one,and the rate of excellent students in the experimental class reached 86.5%. By checking up the marks in the T test,it was shown that there was significant difference between the assessment results of the two classes. Good teaching results were achieved by the imagination training.
