摘要
文章对国内外常用的两种测定标准体重指数 ξ公式 :ξ1 =体重 (kg) 身高 (m) 2 和 ξ2 =体重 (kg) 身高(m)进行研究 ,并对体重指数 ξ分布进行检验。研究结果表明 :两公式计算体重指数 ξ1 和 ξ2 均服从正态分布 ;男、女体重指数 ξ1 平均值之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,男性低于女性 ;男、女体重指数 ξ2 平均值之间差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,男性高于女性 ;男、女体重指数 ξ1 平均值稍高于凯特莱指数平均值 (2 2 ) ,但与凯特莱指数不受性别影响的结论相反。公式 (1)采用身高的平方值 ,要比公式 (2 )计算体重指数更为合理。因此 ,以体重指数 ξ1 作为一个连续型随机变量 ,运用正态分布离差法分别制定老年男女肥胖程度各评价等级标准更加符合实际。
This thesis focuses on the two internal and external formulae which are used frequently to determine the standard weight index:ξ_1=weight(kg)/height (m) 2and ξ_2=weight(kg)/height(m).It also examine the two indexes' distribution. The research shows that the weight indexes ξ_2 submit to the normal direction. There is a little difference between the ξ_1 average value of male and female(P<0.05),the male's is lower than females, while the ξ_2,average value is just the opposite(P<0.01).The ξ_1 average value of male and female is a bit higher than formula 2.Therefore, weight index as a continuous random variable, it corresponds to reality to set standards of assessing old male and female fatness by normal direction respectively.
