Constructe a Safeguard System of Talent for Development in Rural Areas

中国农村地区发展落后的重要原因之一为人才的严重匮乏。改变这一状况的根本途径是国家为人才流入农村构建一套全面的保障制度,即减轻农民负担,让农民有条件受教育;改变中小学的教育内容,培养具有农村现代化理念的人才;为人才流入农村创造制度保障。

The lack of talent is one of the most important reasons for China rural areas under-developing. So constructing an overall safeguard system of talent for development in rural areas is needed.The system should include these followings: relieving farmers of the loads to let them receive education; adjusting the courses in the primary and secondary schools to culture the talent with modem views on rural development;making an overall system to lure talent to rural areas.
