Restrictive Factors in the Referring and Consulting Services and Tactics

图书馆参考咨询工作的信息源、信息需求、检索装置、咨询队伍是目前制约中小型高校图书馆文献的参考咨询服务功能发挥的四个因素,以此提出应对策略。

At present, four factors are restricting the full play of the referring and consulting services in the medium - sized and small libraries, i.e. , 'the information source' , 'the information demand', 'the search device' and 'the consulting personnel' . This article tries to proposes corresponding tactics.
