在高校学生中实施马克思主义人权观教育,普及人权知识,树立科学的人权观念,培养正确的人权意识,是高校学生思想政治教育工作的一项重要内容;要明确目标,规范内容,注意方法,讲求效果。用马克思主义人权理论之邓小平人权观帮助学生分清在人权问题上的是非曲直,认识社会主义人权的优越性,了解我国人权建设的必要性、艰巨性和中国共产党成立以来在人权问题上所作的艰苦努力,特别是在社会主义人权建设中所取得的巨大成就,依法尊重和保护人权。

It is one of the most important contents in ideological and political education of college and university students to carry out the education of Marxist human rights opinions.
