Because of the transfonnation of society, great changes are happening in the ideas and behaviors of graduates' job-selecting . Provided the correct value-directing is grasped , the ideas and behaviors of job-selecting won t be imperfect or wrong. This article probes into the basic principles of graduates' outlook on value, value anticipation and value-directing.
