Excavation of a Jin Dynasty Tomb in Luoyang

1999年5月,洛阳市春都路西段北侧发现西晋墓葬一座。墓葬保存完好,随葬器物未被盗扰,不少器物上的彩绘鲜艳如初,是历年来洛阳地区发掘晋墓中较为少见的。

A well-preserved tomb of the Western Jin dynasty was excavated in May 1999 in ur-ban Luoyang. Although somewhat disturbed, the tomb yielded many objects still in freshcolor. It is a rare one among the Western Jin tombs brought to light in Luoyang area.
