Prevention of the Contamination during Plant Tissue Culture

控制污染是植物组培苗工厂化生产中重要的技术环节。笔者从外植体消毒、操作污染和环境污染、继代培养中污染的防治、减少培养基中的有机成分等方面,讨论了减少污染的措施和方法。

Prevention of the contamination is the key technology during industrial plant tissue culture. Measures and methods to reduce the contamination are discussed, including sterilizing explants, controlling the contamination from environment, operation and subculture, and reducing organic components in the cultural medium.
