分析了香料饮料研究所科技体制改革的基本情况和存在问题,探讨了加快企业化转制和改制的对策,以促进科研机构的转企改制。
Situations and existing problems of the techno-scientific system reform at the Spice and Beverage Research Institute are analyzed. The countermeasures to speed up its reform and transformation into an enterprise are dicussed.
