城市封闭住区研究

本文针对封闭式住区在中国城市里的大量涌现,阐明了当代封闭住区对城市的不良影响,并通过问卷调查研究了住区的封闭对城市居民行为和心理所造成的实际影响。在此基础上,结合当代中国社会发展的现实条件,提出了适合目前中国国情的住区发展模式。

Aiming at the closed residential area emergingin large numbers and its bad influence on domestic city, thisarticle makes a study about the effect of such closure on urbaninhabitants behavior and mental health by questionnaire, andaccording to the actual condition of Chinese social progress,proposes a development model for residential area, which isconformed with domestic reality.
