摘要
研制了用于探测γ射线的高温卤素管,其工作温度为-40℃-200℃、坪长为200V、坪斜为2%/100V。探讨了它的结构、工艺并测试了性能。
The paper describes the structure and performance of the high temperature halogen tube. The hightemperature tube used in the work can operate in the range of--40 C--200 C. The plateau length is200V and slope 2% / 100V. The characteristic perameters are measured in the paper.
