安祖花离体增殖的形态发生与理化因子效应 被引量:48

摘要 对安祖花的组织切片观察表明,其形态发生以不定芽的发育途径形成苗。照光培养有利于安祖花愈伤组织的诱导和生长。以3%葡萄糖的诱导效果最佳。1/2 MS对培养物的生长和根的诱导有利,而芽的诱导以MS较合适。激素对芽、根的诱导作用符合细胞分裂素/生长素的器官发生调节模式,其中以 MS+BA1.0 ppm对芽的诱导最为有效,而 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1ppm对根的诱导最佳。 Histological examination of cultured Anthurium andraeanum in vitro showed that the plantlet was formed through adventitious bud. Light was superior to darkness in the induction and growth of callus in the experiment. Comparing the effects of different concentrations of sucrose and glucose, we found that 3% of glucose had the best inducing effect. Treatments of macronutrients and phytohormones combination showed that the growth of A. andraeanum cultures and formation of buds and roots needed different macronutrients, 1/2MS medium was beneficial to the growth and root inducing of cultures , while MS was more suitable to bud formation. The effects of phytohormones on inducing of bud and root coincided with regulation model of Cytokinin/Auxin on organ-genesis. The medium of MS+1. 0 ppm BA had the best inducing effect on bud formation, while 1/2MS+0. 1 ppm NAA had the best inducing effect on root formation.
