苗龄对茄苗内源激素、苗质量及生产力的影响

Influence of Seedling Age on the Endogenous Hormones, Seedling Quality and Their Productivity in Eggplant

对不同苗龄的茄苗素质,顶芽部的内源激素和生产力的关系进行了研究,结果表明,苗龄越小,定植后生长越旺盛,产量越高。茄苗顶芽部的内源激素含量与茄苗素质有密切关系,小苗茎中的含氮量高,顶芽部玉米素、脱落酸和吲哚乙酸的含量高,而赤霉素的含量比大苗低。

This experiment was conducted to investigate the seedling quality, hormone levels in shoot apices and productivity of different seedlings age in eggplant. The results indicated that younger seedlings produced more yield with a vigorous growth after transplanting. A higher amount of nitrogen in stem, more zeatin, abscisic acid and indoleacetic acid, and less gibberellin substances in shoot apices of younger seedlings than older ones were observed. A close relationship was found between endogenous hormone levels in shoot apices and seedling quality.
