Market economy is a contract oriented economy, the carrying out of contract is based on credit. Thus, credit is the guarantee of market efficiency. The lack of regularities and the conflicts between the new and old system appeared in the transitional period are the main causes of the problems concerning credit in our country. The establishing of credit system depends heavily on the further reform of our economic, political and cultural systems.
