Acquiring emotional contentment is the final aim of people s creation and practice judged from the relationship between feelings and creation. Thus it is important to let emotions play an active role in the process of creation and practice. However it cannot be denied that negative emotions exert a negative influence on people s creation and practice. EQ is the basic element of people s creation and practice. It gives the greatest impetus to people s enterprising spirit. A low EQ unavoidably plays a negative role in people's creation and practice.
