摘要
对梅的野生种及果梅、花梅栽培品种的过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、α—淀粉酶及酯酶的研究结果表明,所有受试类型都有基本相似的特征酶谱。野生梅、半野生梅、单粉垂枝梅和淡晕宫粉梅较为原始,白须朱砂梅和送春梅较为进化,大羽梅最为进化,其构成十分复杂。
The result of studies on isozyme of PER, SOD, α-AMY, and EST of wild species, fruiting and flowering cultivars of Prunus mume indicates that all the specimen have the basically similar characteristic isozyme bands of Mei's. P. mume var. mume, P. mume var. microcarpa, P. mume cv. Danfen chuizhi and P. mume cv. Danyun gongfen are somewhat original, P. mume cv. Baixu zhusha and P. mume cv. Songchun are a little evolutive, while P. mume cv. Dayu is one of the most evolutionary cultivar, the constitution of which is quite complicated.
