本文扼要地介绍了金属酶制剂SOD的类别,结构,性质与资源概况,同时对其制备的方法和活性测定的方法进行了简介与评述。
In this paper, a metal enzyme SOD perparation have been introduced briefly, including the classification, structures, properties and natural resources, The methods of preparation and activity determination for SOD were reviewed as well.
