摘要
本文研究了香茅油中香叶醇与香茅醇的化学快速分离方法,筛选出了较好的分离条件,得到了品质香气较好的香叶醇与香茅醇。
The paper desoribes a quicker method to separate Geraniol from Citronellol. Better seeparation conditions and good flavor characteristics of Geraniol and Citronellol were obtained in the experiment.
