软锰矿湿法生产硫酸锰的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文试验研究了用软锰矿和硫铁矿湿法生产硫酸锰的生产工艺。当反应温度大于95℃.时间2.5小时,原料配比为1:0,71:0.68,最终pH值控制在5.4左右,锰浸出率在90%以上。溶液经净化、沉钙,产品质量符合GB1622-86标准。100公斤级扩大试验验证了小试验,结果可靠,产品质量稳定。同高温还原焙烧法比较,该法具有流程简单,原料消耗低的特点。 The leaching process was researched to produce manganese sulfate from pyrite and pyrolusite, When the reaction was proceeded under the conditions: temp.>95℃ time 2.5h, ratio of raw material 1:0.71:0.68 (pyrolusite: pyrite: sulfuric acid)and when pH was controlled about 5.4, the leaching out rate of manganese can get to 90%, Through purification and calcium depositing, the quality of the products was conform to GB1662-82, Experiments(100kg grade)were carried out.It proved that the products were good and stable in quality.In comparison with the high-temperature reduced roast process, tills method is simple and lower in comsuption.
