摘要
本研究以47个镰刀菌菌株,进行生物学性状测定,选取7个培养性状数据,根据向量的夹角余弦法相似系数和系统聚类分析的类平均法,利用电子计算机进行数值分类.研究结果,当r取值0.6095时,47个菌株可分为10群,在种的水平上分开;与传统分类鉴定结果比较,符合率为91.5%;用数值分类法对镰刀菌进行分类有一定研究应用价值。
The study selected 7 cultivating characters of 47 Fusarium strains to make a numerical analysis on computer. Overall similarities of these strains determined by the matching coeffecient of the cosine of vector angle and the hierarchical clustering analysis of the group—average methed. The result suggested, as r=0.6095, The 47 strains couldbe divided into 10 groups, which were seperated at species level. We could easily see the Practicae value of numerical analysis on Fusarium when we compared it with classical taxonomy. The comparison was that 91.5 Percent of strains were the same.
