包皮环切加电灼治疗包皮过长的尖锐湿疣102例

Circumcision Combined with Electric Cauterigation was Adopted in Treatment of 102 Redundant Prepuce Concomitant Condyloma Acuminate

目的:探讨包皮环切术加电灼治疗男性包皮过长的尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:对102例包皮过长合并尖锐湿疣的患者行包皮环切加电灼治疗。结果:应用包皮环切加电灼治疗包皮过长合并尖锐湿疣,一次性治愈85例(83.33％),复发17例(16.67％)。结论:应用包皮环切加电灼治疗包皮过长合并尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低。

Objective: To research the therapeutics efficiency of circumcision combined with electric cauterigation in treatment redundant prepuce accompanied by condyloma acuminata (CA). Methods: Circumcision and electric cauterigation were used in treatment of 102 patients with redundant prepuce concomitant CA. Results:85 in 102 cases were cured with circumcision and electric cauterigation, 17 in 102 cases relapsed. Conclusion: Circumcision combined with electric cauterigation showed the higher cured rate and lower relapsed rate than laser.
