生殖器疱疹病毒疫苗研究新进展

摘要 生殖器疱疹是目前世界上以及我国沿海地区常见性病之一,而且发病率有逐渐增高趋势.生殖器疱疹病毒(HSV)不但引起原发感染,还会产生潜伏和复发感染.无论是有临床表现的生殖器疱疹或是无症状的潜伏感染,都可以传染给性伴侣,妊娠的妇女还可垂直传染给胎儿.
