文章就当前西部欠发达地区数字化图书馆建设要实现跨越式发展过程中 ,在理念、管理体制、运行机制、服务功能、投资政策等若干方面存在的问题进行分析 ,并提出相应的对策。

This article analyses a certain number of problems existing in such aspects as idea, management system, motion machanism, service function and investment policy over the process which digital librarys are rapidly developing in china's western underdeveloped regions, and meanwhile it puts forward several countermeasures.
