摘要
本文是对行业协会中的信息交换进行反垄断的法律分析。首先 ,本文对行业协会信息交换的种类及其利弊进行分析 ,然后就各国对信息交换的法律规制进行了详细的介绍 ,最后 ,作者对我国信息交换的法律规制进行了制度设计和构想。
The purpose of the paper is to analyze the information exchange and antitrust. Firstly, the author points out the positive and negative effects of information exchange. The article in the second place introduces in details the legal rules concerning information exchange in other countries. In the last part of the thesis, the author expresses his own idea about legal rules for the information exchange in China.
