摘要
论述了煤炭企业文化建设的必要性；针对煤炭企业的特点，提出了建设煤炭企业文化的有效途径；探讨了煤炭企业文化的设计与实施对策。
This article expounds necessities of establishing the coal enterprise culture.puts the effective ways to buila the coal enterprise culture according to the special feature of the coal enterprise.Also investigates the design and enforceing counter measure of building the coal enterprise culture.
