我国燃煤机组存在锅炉燃烧设备与煤质特性不相适应的问题。为了更合理地利用我国的煤炭资源，提高发电效率，建设我国煤炭和电站锅炉的地理信息系统（ＣＢＧＩＳ）是十分必要的。ＣＢＧＩＳ的建立有利于煤炭部门和电力部门的宏观决策和管理；有利于煤炭企业找到最为合适的发电用煤用户、电力企业寻求煤质适合和运输方便的电煤供应商。ＣＢＧＩＳ的建立还有利于在全国范围内经济有效地开展动力配煤。

Abstract In China,coal fired boilers in electric power plants are faced with the problem of incompatibility between coal fired boilers and coal quality.In order to utilize China’s coal resources more rationally and improve the efficiency in power generation,it is very necessary to set up the CBGIS in China.The establishment of the CBGIS will be of great help to the macro decision making and management processes by coal production and power generation authorities.The CBGIS can help coal mines pinpoint the most appropriate coal users and it can also help power plants to find the appropriate quality coal in the nearest location.The CBGIS is also of help to carrying out steam coal blerding throughout China more economically.
