本文结合我国股票市场的特点,对我国上市公司的购并重组方式进行概括和总结,将我国股票市场上出现的购并重组方式归纳为扩张型、收缩型、控制权转移型和资产置换型四大类,并分类进行讨论。

This paper describes the characteristics of the Chinese Security Market, and focuses on the study of the behavior of Merging and Acquisition made by the Chinese public listing companies. It classifies this behavior into four groups: dilation, concentration, company governance transference, and assets exchange, each of which is carefully analyzed.
