谈思想政治教育中的科学思维

思想政治工作作为素质教育的一个重要组成部分,其科学性和重要性是勿容置疑的。但是在具体工作方法上,如何运用科学的思维方式,提高思想政治工作的科学水平,使其工作成效更富有时代特征和长远意义。长期以来,思想政治工作中那些凭经验、重说教,甚至个人意见为主的工作方式,是一种严重的科学缺位现象,忽略了思想政治工作的科学性一面。本文拟从两方面谈谈如何在思想政治工作中加强工作方式方法的科学性,以培养具有全面素质人才的需要。

As an important section of qualifica tion education,political and ideological education is undoubtedly scientific and significant work.The authors hold t hat scientific methods should be utilized in practice so as to promote political and ideological education at a scientific level and make it as work with long -term effects and features of the time s.For a long time,experience,preachment and even individual opinion have been wrongly set as the rules in the work,with the scientific factor being neglected.The paper attempts to find wa ys to strengthen scientific signifi cance of politi-cal and ideological education and to meet the needs of the times to train ta lents with all -round qualification.
