高校教务管理中管理学原理的应用

On The Application of Educational Administrative Principles at Colleges and Universities

戴维·B·赫尔茨说过:“管理是由心智所驱使的唯一无处不在的人类活动。”在高校教务工作中,同样也渗透着大量的管理学原理。高校的基本职能和根本任务都是培养人才,教学工作是学校经常性的中心工作,教务管理在高校管理中占有特别重要的作用。本文以高校教务管理的各主要组成部分为切入点,根据各部分管理的特点和指向的不同,恰当地寓之以相适应的管理学原理于日常实例,以期对高校教务管理工作起到促进、推动、改进的作用。
