The negative factors of the movie an d video culture are the main cause for the juvenile delinquency in modern t ime.The negative factors of the culture h ave exerted a bad influence over the y oungsters' outlook of world,life,value,politics and morals.To prevent and c ontrol the juvenile delinquency now adays,on the one hand,the negative f actors of the culture should be extirpated.On the other hand we should grand the main chord of modem times,strengthen the supervision of the cultural mark et,enact the law of the movie and videos culture scientifically,reinforce the work of evaluation of movies and videos,in order to achiere an effect of pool efforts.
