Enhancing the University Students' Legal Quality in the Teaching of the Course of Legal Education

新时期的“法律基础”教育本质上是法律素质教育。为了达到提高大学生法律素质的目的,教育工作者必须深刻了解法律素质的内涵,正确认识提高大学生法律素质的意义;并在此基础上,进行教学改革,搞好学科建设。

Today,the education of legal foundation is the education based on legal quality in fact.In order to arrive at t he goal of improving university students' legal quality,the educators should know the connotation of legal qualit y,the mean-ing of improving university student s' legal quality deeply and correctly,and construct the subject well on thi s base.
