目的 探讨QT离散度对于扩张型心肌病 (DCM)者猝死的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析因DCM而猝死的 1 0例病人 ,以及同期的 1 8例非心律失常的DCM病人 ,分别测定其入院的首次心电图的QT离散度 (QTd) ,进行比较研究。结果 发现 1 0例猝死病人的QTd均 >440ms。结论 QTd >
Objective To explore the diagnosis values of quiet dispersion degree(QTd)to the sudden death from dilating cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods The comparative study was conducted between the deaths of 10 cases with DCM and 18 homochromecases with nonarrhythmia DCM,the electrocardiogramic QTd of all the cases were determined when they were first admitted to the hospital. Results The QTd of 10 cases of sudden death was more than 440ms. Conclusion That QTd ismore than 440ms has some clinical predictive values on the sudden death of DCM.
