Podophyllotoxone, 4β-hydroxy-2,3-en-apopicropodophyllin, and 4-deoxy-4β-azado-2,3-en-apo-picropodophyUin can easily transform to 4-hydroxy-dehydropicropodophyUin, dehydroanhydropicropodophllyin and4-amino-dehydropicropodophyllin respectively in different conditions. These properties remind .us to be careful inhandling related compounds in similar conditions.
