药对研究的思路和方法

Thinking and Methods of Studies on Pairs of Chinese Drug

本文探讨了中药药对实验研究的意义、思路及方法。认为可提供该药对配伍运用的原理;寻求该药对发挥最佳作用的用量比例;为含有该药对的中药复方提供部份实验资料或运用机理。并以药对的功用为依据,采用实验药理学的方法,进行药对配伍前后的实验分析比较。

In this paper,the significance, thinking and method of pairs of Chinese materia medice have been discussed,and the principle of playing these compatibility of pairs of Chinese drug has been offered. The ratie of the medicine used by which a pair of Chinese drug can take best effect can be found, experimental materil or playing mechanism of a pair of Chinese drug contained in compound prescription are also provided. according to the function of pairs of Chinese drug,experimental analysis and comparison have been done by means of experimental pharmacology, before or after the pair of Chinese drug is mixed.
