高等学校是社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地,关系到培养什么样的接班人的大问题.该文以邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论为指针,着重论述了高校要以培养“四有”新人为目标,抓好班子、教师、党团、教育、落实等环节,共同为培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的现代化建设合格人才做贡献.

Colleges and universities are important places for socialist cultural civilization construction,in which our socialist successors are made out. This essay is, under the DengXiaoping' theory of constructing the socialism with Chinese features, mainly on how to unite all parts concerned,such as leading group,teachers,the Party and the Youth League,education etc. into one for the purpose of fostering the youth with lofty ideal and morals,educated and in disciplines.
